Happy Mama Doula Services

Happy Mama Doula Services uses the Mindbody platform for scheduling, registration, payments, and program management. By booking an appointment, class, or program through Mindbody, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms, conditions, liability waivers, and participation agreements presented during registration.

Our services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical care or emergency services. Clients should remain under the care of their licensed medical providers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments and classes must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no show and is not eligible for refund. Repeated no shows may result in scheduling restrictions.

Certain programs may have additional policies listed within the appointment or course description at the time of booking.

Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these policies.
